Service Description: I attend open homes on your behalf and film a detailed, honest walkthrough of the property—giving you a clear sense of layout, natural light, surroundings and visible condition, including any noticeable wear and tear. I don’t sell, negotiate or provide building advice. My role is simply to show you what it genuinely feels like to be there, so you can decide with clarity and confidence whether it’s worth taking the next step. What’s Included: Full Exterior Walkthrough - Front and rear of the home - Yard, gardens and overall land overview - Outdoor features such as decks, patios, sheds and pools Full Interior Walkthrough - All rooms - Hallways and entryways - Key features and overall layout flow Driveway & Street Perspective - Front access to the property - Surrounding street view - General sense of the area - Street noise assessment (including a brief stationary audio recording) Each video is up to 15 minutes in length and delivered within 48 hours of the inspection. A 24-hour priority option is available if you need it sooner. What happens after you book: Once you’ve selected your preferred time, your booking will be reviewed and confirmed via email—usually within a couple of hours. Payment is required after confirmation to secure your booking. I then attend the open home and film your walkthrough as scheduled.
