Booking & Refund Policy

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. By booking our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled inspection are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the inspection are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made after we have arrived at the property are non-refundable.

This policy reflects the time, travel and effort dedicated to each inspection.

If the Open Home Is Cancelled

If the selling agent cancels the open home:

  • You may choose to receive a full refund, or

  • Transfer your booking to another property (subject to availability).

However, on the rare occasion the selling agent cancels the inspection/open home after I've already arrived at the property, the booking will be considered fulfilled and no refund will apply. This protects the travel and time I have already invested in attending the inspection.

After Service Delivery

Because this is a time-based service requiring attendance and filming, refunds are not provided once the walkthrough has been completed and delivered.

However, if there is a genuine technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, incomplete upload), we will rectify the issue promptly.

Service Limitations

This service provides a visual walkthrough only and does not include building, legal, valuation or negotiation advice.

Dissatisfaction based on property condition or purchase decisions does not qualify for a refund.

Issues

If you have any concerns regarding your walkthrough video, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your walkthrough so I can assist you.
